I am Vivek Agrawal, a seasoned technology leader and Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP, with 15 years of experience driving complex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformations. Based in the greater Cincinnati area, I specialize in architecting advanced digital ecosystems, connecting the dots between Digital Threads, Digital Twins, and AI-driven data integration to help global enterprises optimize their product development lifecycles.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of guiding organizations through the intricate landscape of enterprise tools, including SAP PLM, Teamcenter, and Oracle Agile PLM. My approach centers on transforming fragmented data into cohesive, actionable strategies that drive business value. A hallmark of my recent work includes leading the data management workstream for a massive, global SAP S/4HANA PLM transformation for a leading multinational consumer goods corporation. In this role, I designed the overarching data strategy and managed cross-domain ETL teams to successfully profile and migrate over one million legacy records, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
Prior to my current role at Deloitte, I served as a Program Manager and consultant at Capgemini. There, I spearheaded strategic initiatives such as an Engineering to Order (ETO) Project Strategy for a major global conglomerate, leading a dedicated team of consultants to execute comprehensive process assessments and coordinate critical vendor tool selections. I also managed the data integration workstream for an Oracle Agile PLM implementation at a prominent life sciences and diagnostics company, successfully integrating parts, bills of materials (BOMs), and change orders with SAP ERP systems via Hitachi Vantara’s SCMNet.
Beyond traditional enterprise implementations, I am deeply passionate about the intersection of PLM and artificial intelligence. I recently oversaw the end-to-end development of an AI-driven Recipe Optimizer tool at Deloitte. By directing a multidisciplinary development team, we built and demonstrated a powerful solution that seamlessly integrates with existing PLM and ERP systems, showcasing the future of intelligent product formulation and data management.
